We schedule appointments a little differently here…
We book services in blocks of time called sessions.
Sessions are genderless, all inclusive and gratuity free.
Each artist charges a unique hourly session rate based on their education, skillset experience, specialties, and demand.
We charge for services based on how long it takes rather than “a la carte”. This transparent pricing system is both straightforward and equitable for guests and stylists.
We require 1 hour minimum for all sessions.
NEW GUESTS
If you want a haircut and know who you want to book with:
Feel free to schedule a “NEW GUEST Haircut Session | up to 90 minutes” with the stylist of your choice. This appointment includes time for a thorough consultation, as well as time to style and discuss product recommendations for you to recreate your new look.
If you want color and you know who you want to book with:
Feel free to schedule a “NEW GUEST Color Consultation | 15 minutes” with the stylist of your choice. Please do not schedule a session for your color and a consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to determine how much time you’ll need for your desired look.
If you want a haircut or color and don’t know who to book with:

Our stylists charge by the hour and every session is tailored to your exact hair needs. It’s simple, the bigger the change, the more time will be needed. Transparent pricing ensures there are zero surprises for our guests at checkout. We never double book. You will receive undivided attention from your stylist throughout your entire reservation.

Please wait in your car and reply to your appointment reminder text to let us know you have arrived. We will reply to let you know we are ready for you to come inside.

If you need to reschedule or cancel 24 hours before your appointment, you have a couple options:

If it’s less than 24 hours notice, you can expect to pay a cancellation fee.

We value our time and yours, therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation and no show policy. All online reservations require a credit card on file to hold your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving us a minimum of 24-hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of the time scheduled. Failure to honor an appointment without any notice will result in a 100% charge. If you are feeling ill on the morning of your appointment, please let your service provider know to reschedule with no penalty.
