Cancellation Policy

We value our time and yours, therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation and no show policy. All online reservations require a credit card on file to hold your appointment time. If you cancel, reschedule or no-show your appointment without giving us a minimum of 24-hours notice, you will be charged for 100% of the time scheduled. If you are feeling ill on the morning of your appointment, please let your stylist know to reschedule without a fee.

Refund / Adjustment Policy

We do not offer refunds.

We want every guest to leave loving their service. If you are not completely satisfied, please let your stylist know immediately and it will be modified within 7 days of the service. Each scenario is unique and we will do our best to come up with a solution you will be happy with. Please note, complimentary services are not offered as a result of change of mind or direction with haircut or color.

If you are not happy with product purchased from The Collective, please let your stylist know within 7 days of purchase and we will happily exchange for another product.

Wellness Policy

+ MASKS ARE WELCOME BUT NOT REQUIRED in accordance with OHA guidelines.

  1. When you arrive, please reply to your appointment reminder text to let us know you have arrived, kindly wait in your car and we will let you know when we are ready for you to come inside. 

  2. Please come alone to your appointment

  3. We do not allow staff or guests to come into the salon if they are ill. If you are feeling unwell the morning of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to reschedule without a fee. We trust that our guests value our time and ability to make a living and that this allowance will not be taken advantage of during this time.

  4. We believe in medical freedom and vaccine choice. We support your right to choose what is best for your own body and we wholeheartedly support whatever that choice is for you.
